Eagle Forks are ANSI certified & manufactured using precision methods, utilizing fully forged extra strength steel resulting in a consistent process exceeding industry standards. Standard Taper & Polished Class II & Class III always in stock.

Fully hammer forged and heat-treated - the strongest process available.
• Made from high strength, high carbon steel.
• Inspected by magnetic particle, dye penetrate and ultra - sonic testing.

All our forks must pass through quality control before shipping from factory, and again upon arrival to ensure strength & durability. We offer same day shipping on forks in stock.

Forks are constantly subjected to abrasion by concrete floors, steel shelving, etc. This abrasion can reduce the thickness of a fork, ITA recommends that forks be withdrawn from service when blade thickness has been reduced by 10%. A 10% reduction in thickness results in a capacity reduction of 20%-source ITA.

- Adjustable lower hooks are bolted to the hook support using high   strength bolts on a 3 degree sloping plane. This prevents the hook   from moving downwards and then allowing excessive clearance on   the fork lift carriage.
- Upper & Lower pads are completely protected: upper ones inside   profile, lower ones inside the hooks
- Grease fittings on the upper & lower pads ensure a smooth sideshift   operating with long life
