The Eagle55 Pallet Truck has now become a recognized brand name in the industry. It is rapidly gaining market share and has become the pallet truck of choice by a lot of material handling dealers. Eagle55 with its one piece, cast iron German design pump with a 3 year warranty offers long life and easy servicing. The durable, ergonomically designed Eagle55 offers a lot of versatility and is very easy to use, thus reducing operator fatigue and downtime. The Eagle55 features standard polyurethane wheels and rollers for ease of operation, a 200 degree handle pivot to make it very maneuverable in tight areas, features powder coat paint finish, robotic welds through out and grease fittings at all pivot points for easy maintenance and long lasting ownership to the operator.

FEATURES:

Hydraulic Pump:
Quality German design with a foot release pedal for ease of operation. The pump features a special lowering valve allowing a controlled rate of decent and an overload by-pass valve. The pump requires 10 strokes to raise the forks to the maximum lift.

Control Handle:
The control handle features three positions (raise-neutral-lower) fingertip control, ergonomically designed and free of pinch points. The handle features reinforced base, the spring loaded handle returns to the upright position automatically.

Frame:
A rugged heavy-duty frame construction of one-piece formed channel steel offers a lot of strength to the frame.

Forks:
Reinforced with tapered ends for easy pallet entry.

Steering:
Features 200-degree pivot action for greater maneuverability, 7’ polyurethane wheels, sealed
bearings and ball thrust steering.

Load Rollers:
Features 2.9” polyurethane load rollers with sealed bearings.

Adjustable Push Rods:
The adjustable push rods allow for individual adjustment capability of either fork height.

Hangers:
The one-piece hangers are constructed of steel for greater strength and longevity.

Helper Rollers:
Features helper rollers for ease of entry and exit of pallets.

Pivot Points: The Eagle55 features grease fittings and bushings at all pivot points for easy maintenance and longevity.

Options:** 20.5” fork width, 42” and 36” fork length, tandem wheels, galvanized steel construction, stainless steel construction, nylon wheels, steel wheels, 6500lb load capacity.
